Power Breakfast

Makes 3 to 4 Servings


1 bag Minute® Rice and Quinoa, uncooked
2 cups Greek style yogurt with honey
1/2 cup trail mix nuts, seeds and raisins
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


Prepare rice according to package directions.  If desired, for extra flavor prepare rice with orange or apple juice instead of water.  Cool rice before mixing. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, trail mix and cinnamon.  Fold in rice.
