Pear and Walnut Salad

1 bag Minute® Rice and Quinoa, uncooked
1 large pear, cored and diced
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese


Prepare Multi-Grain Medley according to package directions. Cool.

In a large bowl toss rice with pears, dressing, and crumbled blue cheese.  Toss to mix well.
