Asian Shrimp Salad

2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
1/2 cup snow pea pods, sliced
8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup sesame-ginger dressing


Heat rice according to package directions.  Place snow peas in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.  Add shrimp and dressing.  Fold in rice.
