Seven Seas Casserole

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 1/3 cups water (about one soup can)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
non-stick cooking spray
1 1/3 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
1 can (8 oz.) small green peas, drained
1 can (6 oz.) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


  • In a saucepan, combine soup, water, onion, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Spray 1 1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/2 of mixture into prepare dish.
  • Add rice, peas, and tuna. Add remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Bake, covered, at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. If desired, garnish with strips of pimento before serving.
