Sweet Chili Thai Shrimp

Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Fried Rice
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup frozen vegetables, thawed, drained
2 Tbsps sweet chili sauce


Heat rice according to package directions. In a microwave-safe dish combine shrimp, vegetables and chili sauce. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir in rice.Substitute cooked chicken or tofu for shrimp.
