Homestyle Four-Grain and Chicken Soup

1 bag Minute® Rice and Quinoa, uncooked
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
8 oz cooked chicken, chopped


Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
