Provencal Rice Salad

Makes 2 Servings


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Rice and Quinoa
1 can (6 oz.) tuna packed in water, drained
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 sliced ripe olives
2 Tbsps red wine vinaigrette


Heat rice according to package directions.In a medium bowl combine rice, tuna, tomatoes, olives and vinaigrette. Serve over salad greens.
