Garlic Herb Chicken and Rice

Pan seared chicken tenderloins, seasoned with garlic & herb salt-free seasoning, your favorite vegetable medley and rice ... ahhh, now that's a quick dish for supper.

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins
2 Tbsps garlic and herb salt-free seasoning blend
12 oz frozen vegetable medley, thawed
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup Minute® White Rice or Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked


  • Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 2 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and kitchen thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat reads 170ºF.
  • Add garlic and herb salt-free seasoning blend, frozen vegetables (thawed) and broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
  • Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
