Quick Brown and Wild Rice with Smoked Salmon

Start with your favorite veggie mix, our delicious brown and wild rice mix ... serve with smoked salmon.

1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown and Wild Rice
1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, diced
2 Tbsps Italian dressing
1 piece (4 oz.) smoked salmon


Heat rice according to package directions. In a small microwave safe dish microwave 2 minutes. Stir in rice and dressing. Top with salmon. Microwave 1 to 2 more minutes, just until salmon is heated through.
