Quick Shrimp Stir Fry

Add stir fry veggies, one-half cup cooked shrimp, and your favorite stir fry sauce or marinade ... microwave and the perfect on-the-go lunch dish is ready in a hurry!

Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
1/2 cup frozen stir fry vegetables
1/2 cup cooked shrimp
2 Tbsps stir fry sauce


Heat rice according to package directions.In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat vegetables on HIGH 3 minutes.  Add shrimp and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir in your favorite stir-fry sauce or marinade and serve over prepared rice.
