White Rice
, uncooked
1/2
cup
canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2
cup
fresh pico de gallo OR salsa, drained
1/2
cup
Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
salt and ground black pepper, optional
Directions
PREPARE rice according to package directions.
In a medium bowl, combine hot cooked rice, black beans, pico de gallo and cheese.
Add salt and pepper, if desired. Blend well.
