Onion Herb Chicken and Rice Florentine

1 can (14 1/2 oz.) low sodium chicken broth
2 cups Minute® White Rice or Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
1 Tbsp lemon pepper salt-free seasoning blend
1 Tbsp onion and herb salt-free seasoning blend
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded


  • BRING chicken broth to a boil in medium saucepan.
  • ADD rice, salt-free seasoning blends, and chicken; stir. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  • ADD spinach and stir until wilted. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
