Chicken Parmesan

(8 oz.) tomato sauce

fresh oregano leaves

, uncooked

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
MIX bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in egg, shaking off excess; coat in crumb mixture.
COOK in hot oil in large skillet until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels.
ADD tomatoes, tomato sauce and oregano to skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in rice.
TOP with chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
