Beef Stroganoff

Savor this family favorite main dish meal, ready in about 20-minutes, in one-pan complete.  A favorite recipe since 1984.

3/4 lb sirloin or flank steak in thin strips
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsps oil
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1/3 cup tomato pasta or catsup
1 1/2 cups Minute® White Rice
1/2 cup sour cream


  • Brown meat, quickly, in oil then add mushrooms and onions and cook stirring until onions are tender, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste, and bring to a boil.
  • Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
