Beef Stroganoff

sirloin or flank steak in thin strips

sliced mushrooms

onion, sliced

Worcestershire sauce

paprika

tomato pasta or catsup

sour cream
Directions
Brown meat, quickly, in oil then add mushrooms and onions and cook stirring until onions are tender, about 3 minutes.
Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste, and bring to a boil.
Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
