Rice Florentine

Ingredients

1 pkg (9 1/2 oz.) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1/4 tsp pepper
ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups Minute® Premium Rice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • BRING spinach, milk, pepper and nutmeg to boil in saucepan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  • STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • STIR in 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Serve with remaining cheese sprinkled over rice.
