Stir Fry Pepper Steak

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsps sugar
1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 lb beef flank steak, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 green onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsps cornstarch
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 cups MINUTE® Original Rice, uncooked


  • MIX soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder and ginger in medium bowl. Add beef; let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
  • HEAT oil in large skillet. Add beef; stir-fry until browned. Add peppers and green onions; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • MIX cornstarch and broth until smooth. Stir into skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil; boil 1 minute.
  • MEANWHILE, prepare 4 servings rice as directed on package. Serve beef mixture over rice.
