Teriyaki Steak Skillet

An easy Asian-inspired dish for dinner tonight!

1 Tbsp oil
1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
2 each minced garlic
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup light teriyaki sauce
2 cups Minute® Brown Rice, Minute® White Rice or Minute® Premium Rice, uncooked
4 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips


  • Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add steak and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
  • Add water and the teriyaki sauce; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, broccoli and red bell pepper. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
