Chicken and Rice Burrito

Makes 4 Servings


2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Yellow Rice Mix
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup (6 oz.) cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 each whole wheat tortillas
chopped fresh cilantro leaves, optional
sour cream (optional)


Heat rice according to package directions. Combine salsa and chicken in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir in cheese and rice. Divide mixture into tortillas. Serve with cilantro and sour cream, if desired.
