Honey Vanilla Rice Treat

2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsps honey
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup raisins (optional)


Heat rice according to package directions. Combine cinnamon, yogurt, honey and rice in a small bowl. Stir in nuts and raisins, if desired.
