Italian Beef and Rice

2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can (16 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend


Heat a medium non-stick skillet and brown beef. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.  Stir in rice and heat 1 minute. Top with cheese.
