Brown Rice Granola

2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup raisins


Preheat oven to 250° F. Combine rice, oats, almonds, and coconut in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, maple syrup and oil. Combine both mixtures and stir well. Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil and spread rice mixture evenly.  Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and transfer to a large bowl.   Add raisins and mix to distribute evenly. Cool and store in an air-tight container.
