Chicken and Green Bean Skillet

(9 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed

(8 oz.) 2% milk reduced fat pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up

Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Stir in green beans and water. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes or until beans are tender.
Add cheese product and pepper; cook until cheese product is completely melted, stirring frequently. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings.
To quick-thaw frozen green beans, microwave for about half the cooking time specified on the package.
Prepare green beans as directed; add 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) Grilled or Italian Style Chicken Breast Strips, cheese product made with 2% Milk and pepper to skillet. Continue as directed.
