Cheesy Rice and Broccoli

3 cups broccoli florets
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
1/2 lb (8 oz.) reduced fat prepared cheese product, cut up


  • PLACE broccoli and broth in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • STIR in cheese; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until cheese is melted.
  • * Or substitute frozen broccoli florets.
