15 Minute Curried Chicken Salad

2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tsps curry powder
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
1 cup chicken or ham, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 red bell pepper, chopped


  • Mix water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  • Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Cool.
  • Add chicken, mayo and red pepper; mix lightly.
