Cheesy Broccoli Rice and Sausage

Makes 4 Servings


2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup water
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
1 lb pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
1 pkg (14 oz.) smoked turkey sausage, cut into 4 pieces


  • Place broccoli and water in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Add cheese product to rice; mix well. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grill turkey sausage until heated through.
  • Stir rice mixture until cheese product is completely melted. Serve with the sausage.
