10-Minute Tomato Basil Rice Salad

Here's an easy 10-minute rice salad idea ... just start with cooked Minute white or whole grain brown rice, add in chopped bell pepper and fresh tomato; zippy Italian dressing, crushed basil and grated Parmesan cheese.

2 cups Minute® White Rice or Minute® Brown Rice
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup Italian dressing
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Mix all ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Sprinkle with cheese; toss lightly.
  • Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
