15 Minute Mediterranean-Style Chicken and Rice

(14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

frozen cut green beans
1/4
tsp
salt

tsp
pepper
Directions
PREPARE rice according to package directions.
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook until browned on both sides.
ADD tomatoes with their liquid and the green beans. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low.
SIMMER 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170°F) and beans are crisp-tender. Stir in salt and pepper. Serve over cooked rice.
