Pineapple Beef Stir Fry

Pan fried beef steak, simmered with pineapple chunks, fresh garlic and green onions ... oh, how deliciously easy dinner can be with Minute Rice.

Makes 4 Servings


2 cups Minute® White Rice
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, undrained
1 Tbsp oil
1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
1 cup green onion, chopped
1 each garlic, minced
2 Tbsps water
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup steak sauce


  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add pineapple, onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
  • Mix reserved pineapple liquid, water and cornstarch until well blended. Add to steak mixture; cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in steak sauce. Serve over rice.
