Directions
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Add chicken broth, turmeric, and shrimp; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice and peas and carrots; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
