Cheesy Chicken and Rice

Makes 4 Servings


1 pkg boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


  • Heat a small amount of oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken.
  • Add soup and water; stir. Heat to a boil.
  • Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
