Taco Rice Skillet
... here's an easy meatless main dish idea from Minute Rice simmered with fresh chopped tomato, taco seasoning and shredded Mexican-style cheese. Add shredded lettuce, and dinner's ready!

frozen meatless ground burger

Minute
®
Premium Rice
, uncooked
2
cups
water
1
tomato, chopped
1
pkg
(1.25 oz.) dry taco seasoning mix
1
cup
Mexican-style taco cheese, shredded
1
cup
lettuce, shredded
Directions
Cook meatless ground burger in large nonstick skillet as directed on package.
Add rice, water, tomato and taco seasoning mix; stir until well blended. Bring to boil. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with lettuce around edge of skillet just before serving.
Jazz It Up:
Top skillet with extra taco toppings, such as chopped tomato, onion and/or sliced pitted ripe olives. Or, prepare as directed, using shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.
