No-Fry Stir-Fry

Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Rice and Quinoa
1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup frozen Asian-style mixed vegetables, thawed
2 Tbsps Ponzu sauce (citrus seasoned dressing and sauce)
1/2 tsp sesame oil


Heat medley according to package directions.  In a medium microwave-safe bowl combine chicken, vegetables, ponzu sauce and sesame oil.  Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.  Fold in medley.
