Brown Rice Burrito

Makes 4 Servings


1 cup Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
1 cup salsa
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, drained
3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 each whole wheat tortillas


In a medium skillet combine rice, salsa, beans and water.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.  Fill tortillas with rice mixture and roll up.

Recipe Tip:  Add 1 cup cooked ground beef or diced chicken.  Serve with sour cream, avocado or additional salsa.
