Easy Sesame Shrimp Fried Rice

Makes 4 Servings


1 bowl Minute® Ready to Serve Family Size - White Rice
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
2 Tbsps soy sauce


Heat rice according to package directions.  In a large wok or skillet heat sesame oil over medium heat.  Add eggs and quickly scramble until egg is soft cooked, about 30 seconds.  Remove from wok and set aside.  Heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-high heat.  Add shrimp, peas, green onion, bean sprouts, soy sauce, reserved egg and rice.  Stir fry 2 minutes.
