Quinoa Carrot Walnut Salad

Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve White and Red Quinoa
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
2 Tbsps golden raisins
2 Tbsps poppy seed dressing
2 Tbsps chopped walnuts


In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and blend well.  Quinoa does not have to be heated prior to mixing.
