Breakfast Parfait

Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Organic Brown Rice
1/2 cup Greek style yogurt with honey
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sliced fresh fruit
2 Tbsps granola


Heat rice according to package directions.  Cool.  In a medium bowl combine rice, yogurt and cinnamon.  Spoon half of rice mixture into a tall glass or parfait dish.  Top with 1/2 of the fruit.  Repeat layers.  Garnish with granola.
