Caesar Salad

Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Organic Red Quinoa and Brown Rice with Garlic
1 cup Romaine lettuce leaves, torn or chopped
1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup seasoned croutons
1 Tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese


Heat quinoa and brown rice according to package directions.  Cool.  In a medium bowl toss together quinoa and brown rice, lettuce, vinaigrette, tomatoes, croutons and Parmesan cheese.

Tip:  Add grilled chicken or shrimp.
