Fast Fried Rice

frozen meatless ground burger

green onion and tops, chopped

egg, lightly beaten

cooked

Premium Rice

(6.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

Tbsps
reduced sodium soy sauce
Directions
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
ADD ground burger and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet. Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.
ADD remaining ingredients; mix all ingredients in skillet until well blended. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Substitute 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product for the beaten egg.
