Cinnamon Rice and Raisin Pudding

fat free sour cream

cup
1% low fat milk

brown sugar

ground cinnamon

cup
sliced almonds
Directions
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add rice and raisins; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Mix sour cream, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon until well blended. Add to rice mixture; mix well.
Spoon evenly into small bowls; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of the almonds.
