Chicken Kabob Dinner

boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes

red pepper pieces (1 inch)

zucchini chunks (1 inch)

medium-sized mushrooms

metal or wooden skewers

Ranch salad dressing

cups
Minute

White Rice
or

Brown Rice
, uncooked
Directions
PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately on skewers; place in shallow dish.
POUR dressing over kabobs. Refrigerate 20 minutes to marinate. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
GRILL kabobs 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
WHILE kabobs are grilling, prepare rice according to package directions. Serve kabobs over hot rice.
Substitute rib-eye beef steaks or any firm-fleshed fish, such as halibut or tuna, for the chicken.
