Barbecue Beef and Rice

1 cup Minute® White Rice
1 Tbsp oil
1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup green onion slices
1/4 cup barbecue sauce


  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  • Add barbecue sauce, cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve beef and pepper mixture over hot cooked rice.
