Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable Skillet
A hearty chicken and veggie skillet dinner --- made with green beans. Or, try your favorite frozen veggies, asparagus, or sugar snap peas!

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

chicken broth

(8 oz.) pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed

red bell pepper, cut into strips

(12 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed

ground black pepper

garlic powder

French fried onions
Directions
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add rice. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients except onions; mix well. Cook until cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with onions.
