Black Bean and Barbecue Salmon White Rice Tacos


Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
1/4 cup Romaine lettuce leaves, shredded
1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 pouch (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Barbecue Pink Salmon
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
2 prepared taco shells (heated)


Heat rice according to package directions.  Place lettuce, beans, rice, salmon, cheese and onions in taco shells. Serve immediately.  To pack ahead and serve hot:  pack ingredients separately in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.  Microwave rice just before serving.
