Island-Style Fried Rice

Makes 6 Servings


1 bowl Minute® Ready to Serve Family Size - White Rice
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
2 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 cup cooked green peas or sugar snap peas
2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 Tbsps soy sauce


Heat rice according to package directions.  In a medium microwave-safe bowl combine ham, pineapple, peas, sesame oil and soy sauce.  Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.  Stir in rice. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro
