Double Sesame Chicken

Makes 1 to 2 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Basmati Rice
2 oz cooked chicken, diced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsps sliced green onions
1 Tbsp dry roasted cashews, chopped
finely sliced red bell pepper (optional)
fresh mint leaves (optional)


Heat rice according to package directions. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir in rice, green onions and cashews. Top with red pepper slices and mint, if desired.
