Breakfast Cup with Quinoa

Makes 1 Serving


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice and Quinoa
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh fruit, diced
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts


Heat brown rice and quinoa according to package directions.  In a small bowl, combine prepared brown rice and quinoa and yogurt.  Top with fruit and nuts.

TIP:  Stir in 2 ounces almond or soy milk for a creamier texture.
