Cheesy Chicken Simmer

frozen broccoli florets

(10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

lb
(4 oz.) pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 minutes, turning after 3-1/2 minutes.
Add broccoli; stir. Stir in soup and diced cheese until well blended. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over the hot cooked rice.
You can use any condensed cream soup and frozen vegetable combination that you have on hand, such as cream of mushroom soup and frozen peas.
