Citrus Rice
A very flavorful side-dish ... Minute white rice prepared with chicken broth and tangy orange juice and just a touch of soy sauce. Serve with your favorite rotisserie chicken and maybe a side of steamed broccoli.

, uncooked

reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2
cup
orange juice

tsps
soy sauce
1/4
cup
green onion, sliced

Tbsps
sliced almonds
Directions
Combine rice, broth, orange juice and soy sauce in microwaveable bowl; cover.
Microwave on high 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Fluff rice with fork; sprinkle with onions and almonds.
