Citrus Rice

A very flavorful side-dish ... Minute white rice prepared with chicken broth and tangy orange juice and just a touch of soy sauce.  Serve with your favorite rotisserie chicken and maybe a side of steamed broccoli.

1 1/2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsps soy sauce
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
3 Tbsps sliced almonds


  • Combine rice, broth, orange juice and soy sauce in microwaveable bowl; cover.
  • Microwave on high 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • Fluff rice with fork; sprinkle with onions and almonds.
