(10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained

Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. Prepare sausage crumbles according to package directions and add to cooked rice with drained chilies. Stir in cheese.
Serve with fried or scramble eggs and warm tortillas.
