Chinese Beef and Peppers

Easy mealtime idea, ready in about 20 minutes ... all it takes is one pan.  Sauté steak strips with onion and garlic, toss in ginger, bell pepper strips, a few more spices; bring to a boil, add rice and remove from heat.   Let stand for 5 minutes and dinner's ready.

Makes 4 Servings


1 lb chuck steak, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 each minced garlic
1 Tbsp oil
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 1/2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked


  • Sauté beef, onion, and garlic in oil until meat is browned.
  • Add ground ginger, green bell pepper strips, bouillon and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
